No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our wellness, personal care, and hygiene-related products, all purchases are considered final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund, at our discretion

Claims submitted after 12 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
